Safe Space Hypnotherapy Practice Policies Ethics and code of conduct:

 • I offer hypnotherapy services only in areas where I hold proper training and certification (see Certifications & Credentials page/bio /about me page).

   • All services are delivered ethically, without bias or discrimination.

   • Before beginning, you’ll receive clear information on expected outcomes, pricing, cancellation policies, and confidentiality limits.

   • I don’t promise guaranteed “cures,” but I fully commit to supporting your journey of personal change.

Client Rights & Welfare

 • You’ll always be treated with dignity, autonomy, and respect.

   • If a particular technique isn’t working or appropriate, sessions may be modified or concluded—always with honest, respectful communication.

   • For physical or medical concerns, you’ll be encouraged to seek or maintain care from a licensed healthcare provider. I never override medical advice.

Safe & Respectful Boundaries

 • Professional boundaries are always upheld—no emotional, financial, or sexual exploitation.

   • Hands-on techniques (e.g., arm lifts) are used only with your prior explanation and permission.

   • Should any dual relationship or conflict of interest arise, services will be terminated to protect your well-being.

   • Gifts or favors are politely declined to maintain clear boundaries.

Ethical Advertising & Credentials

 • All credentials and certifications I list are valid, current, and earned through accredited programs.

   • I never claim qualifications I don’t possess or make unrealistic promises in my marketing.

Working with Minors & Special Populations

• Written consent from a parent or guardian is required for sessions with minors or those needing legal authorization.

   • When appropriate, a trusted adult is encouraged to be present for transparency and support.

Supervision & Continuing Education

  • I engage in regular peer consultation and supervision to maintain professional integrity.

   • I complete annual continuing-education in hypnotherapy so my approach remains current, evidence-informed, and client-centered.

Research & Case Sharing

• Any case stories used for teaching or mentoring are fully anonymized—and only shared with your verbal or written consent.

   • I do not publish or share your material in any form without your explicit permission.

 Online, Phone & Remote Sessions

 • You’ll be briefed on how virtual sessions differ from in-person work.

   • Please join from a quiet, private space where you feel safe and undisturbed.

   • If the remote environment isn’t conducive, I may pause or reschedule the session to ensure your safety and focus.

 Duty to Report & Protect

• If you express intent to harm yourself or others, I may be legally required to notify appropriate authorities or medical professionals.

    • I comply with all local laws on mandatory reporting (e.g., child or elder abuse, threats of imminent danger).

Professional Liability & Insurance

 • I carry professional liability insurance to safeguard both my clients and my practice, ensuring you are protected throughout our work together.
